Lithos
Decorative concrete is more like glassblowing than construction.
Lithos was started in 2009 by Maya Costa, a stonemason who couldn't find anyone in Austin doing the kind of stamped work she'd trained on in Italy. Today we're still small — four full-time finishers — and our calendar runs 6–10 weeks out.

Four principles. Held loosely.
No general work.
Stamped, polished, stained, inlaid. We refuse anything outside those four disciplines. If you need a slab poured, we'll happily refer you to someone who does that well.
No subcontractors.
Four full-time finishers, all on payroll, all trained by Maya over years. The crew that mocks up your sample is the crew that finishes your floor.
Mock-ups before the slab.
A 2×2 ft sample of your exact specification — color, pattern, sealer — installed at our shop. You sign off in person before the pour.
Year-one inspection.
We come back twelve months after install for a free check. No warranty fine print. If we missed something, we make it right.
We've specified Lithos on six residential projects in the past two years. Their mock-ups are accurate, their installs are on schedule, and the quality is the kind of thing my clients photograph and post.
Tell us about the space.
We respond to every inquiry within two business days. Most projects book 6–10 weeks out. For commercial work, we need at least a 60-day lead time.
