Bill Hartley started this company in 1992 with one truck and a referral from his neighbor. Today his sons James and Mike run the day-to-day. We're still small — usually 4–6 jobs running at a time — and that's on purpose.
We don't subcontract. The crew that shows up is the crew on our payroll.
And the Hartley you talk to on the phone is the Hartley who walks the site with you. You'll get our cell numbers in case anything comes up — and you can call us directly even after the job is done.

Residential driveways in concrete and stamped concrete. Standard and decorative finishes.

Backyard patios, sidewalks, garden paths. Smooth or stamped, sealed for Florida sun.
Slabs & Foundations
House pads, shed slabs, pool decks. Properly graded, reinforced, finished right.
Repair & Resurface
Crack repair, resurfacing, leveling. Save your existing concrete instead of replacing it.
